Since 1971, Dynamic Steel Inc. has built a reputation for quality, reliability, and craftsmanship in custom steel fabrication and ASME pressure vessel manufacturing. Based in the industrial heart of Hamilton, we proudly serve customers across Canada, the United States, and international markets with precision-fabricated solutions built to perform in demanding industrial environments.

In the late 1980s, Dynamic Steel earned its ASME “U” Stamp certification and has since become a trusted manufacturer of ASME Section VIII Division 1 pressure vessels. Today, we fabricate vessels ranging from 8” to 156” in diameter, with completed units weighing from 200 pounds to over 40 tons. What began as a production capacity of approximately 30 vessels per year has grown to more than 400 vessels annually — a reflection of our continued investment in people, equipment, and process excellence.

Our equipment and fabrication expertise support a wide range of industries including water treatment, petrochemical, dust collection, oil & gas, and heavy industrial manufacturing. Dynamic Steel vessels have been shipped throughout North America and around the world, including projects delivered to Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Chile, Puerto Rico, Ireland, Trinidad & Tobago, Venezuela, and the Middle East.

From concept to completion, Dynamic Steel offers complete fabrication solutions. Our team works directly from customer P&IDs and specifications to develop detailed 3D models, fabrication drawings, and fully integrated skid-mounted systems. We manufacture separator vessels, process piping assemblies, oilfield manifolds, and custom piping skids complete with piping, instrumentation tubing, and electrical integration.

  • Bay 3: Two 20-ton and one 13-ton overhead crane

  • Outdoor crane runway with 5-ton capacity
